Course Description:
This course was designed for an individual who successfully completed Supporting Student Success Through Teacher Collaboration: A Student-Focused Coaching Approach and who now wants to apply what they are learning in a real-world setting. This course, like the first one, was designed for individuals who collaborate with colleagues to bring research- and evidence-based instructional methods, strategies, and skills into the classroom. This includes (but is not limited to) a teacher leader, grade level chairperson, aspiring leader, instructional specialist, or instructional coach. This course can also benefit district- or school-level supervisors who want to apply their knowledge of instructional coaching, including coaching skills that can elevate their abilities to lead others.
